Saint Paul Catholic School is excited to launch our new School Garden Program—a hands-on learning initiative for all students from VPK through 8th grade!
Rooted in our Catholic faith, this garden serves as a living classroom where our students learn to be good stewards of God’s creation (Laudato Si’). Through soil care, water conservation, and sustainable growing practices, our children will develop a lifelong respect for the environment. Beyond learning conservation, this program instills the values of service and compassion: a portion of our harvest will be shared to help fight food insecurity within our local community.

What We Need
To help bring our garden to life, we are seeking donations of the following items:
- Building Materials: Lumber, screws, and hardware to construct our raised beds.
- Hand Tools: Trowels, watering cans, and youth- or adult-sized gardening gloves.
- Soil & Nutrients: Bags of organic topsoil, compost, and organic plant food.
- Pest Control Flowers: Marigolds and other natural companion plants to keep our garden healthy without harsh chemicals.
How to Donate
If you or your family would like to donate materials or sponsor supplies, please bring items to the school office, call us at (352) 787-4657, or contact Mrs. Sanchez at msanchez@stpc-fl.org.
Thank you for your continued generosity and support as we nurture our students’ minds, hearts, and hands!
