No purchase necessary. No refunds given once ticket is purchased. One winner will be chosen at random on December 12, 2025 at St. Paul Catholic School at approximately 2:30 pm .
Winner is responsible for tax, tag, and license. Winner must complete a W-2G and file a Form 945 for gambling winnings.
This contest is a drawing by chance under section 849.09 of the Florida Statutes and abides by chapter 496’s provisions.
St. Paul Catholic School is exempt from federal income taxation pursuant to 26 U.S.C. s. 501(c)(3), (4), (7), (8), (10), or (19), and which has a current determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service, and its bona fide members or officers.

All funds paid will be derived from sales of the raffle tickets.
